Hornby committee advances OCP review revisions
The Local Trust Committee asked staff to incorporate revisions recommended by the Advisory Planning Commission, along with the committee’s comments.

The revisions will be incorporated into the draft Official Community Plan review after the Hornby Island Local Trust Committee asked staff to make the changes at its Feb. 7 meeting.[1]
The committee considered recommendations from the Advisory Planning Commission, which had reviewed the OCP and submitted suggested revisions. The committee’s comments included changes to housing, roads and visitor accommodation policies.[1]
The committee also asked staff to forward the draft minutes of the meeting to the APC for its information.[1]
APC member Carol Quin asked about the timeline for the commission’s Land Use Bylaw recommendations. Chair David Graham suggested contacting Planner Milne to discuss the timing.[1]
